DIGNUS, LLC RELEASES VERSION 1.40 OF THEIR SYSTEMS/C COMPILER, FOR OS/390, z/OS, Linux/390 and CROSS-COMPILER.

Raleigh, September 11, 2001: Today, Dignus, LLC announces the release of version 1.40 of their C compiler product, Systems/C. Adding more functionality and improved performance, Dignus believes that its customer base will accept V1.40 as a milestone in advancing the state of C technology today.

Version 1.40 Compiler/Language Features:

Improved code generation, up to 27% runtime improvement while generating fewer instructions
Improved compile time (up to 20% improvement)
Improved gnu-library compatibility and debugging information for Linux/390
New library features and new utility programs for program development
